Cancellation Policy
Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy Rescheduling: You can reschedule at any time. Please try to give 24 hours’ notice. Single Se No-shows: Charged 100%. Packages: You can cancel a package anytime. Refund = Amount paid – full (non-discounted) price for each session used. If you cancel a session with less than 24 hours' notice, you’ll be charged 50% of the full session rate, even with a package. Exceptions: Handled at my discretion for true emergencies.
