Rescheduling and Cancellation Policy
To cancel or reschedule, please contact via email at forgedresponse@gmail.com within 24 hours of appointment. All cancelations will be charged a 50% cancelation fee within 24 hours of scheduled appointment. Exceptions to policy can be made in cases of confirmed emergency situations. Failure to show, either in-person, by phone or online to scheduled appointment will result in client being charged the full amount.
