Service Description
For those looking to make a commitment to transform your mindset and learning the art of self-awareness and mental conditioning. This service comes in two different packages based upon your needs and goals. You can purchase a package of 5 or 10 sessions at a time with a 15% discount on each. To start your package you must first book your initial consultation through the "Learn More" service.
Cancellation Policy
To cancel or reschedule, please contact via email at forgedresponse@gmail.com. Packages may be canceled at any time for a refund of each session not used. Client can reschedule appointments at any time, preferably within 24 hours. If canceled within 24 hours of an upcoming appointment, a 50% cancelation fee will be charged for that appointment only. Failure to show, either in-person, by phone or online to scheduled appointment will result in a full session charge. Forged Response may elect to apply accommodations or exceptions to this or any policy at their full discretion.
